Scope of Work
|
First: Supply and installation
of the SPM
- Design, supply, and installation of a single-point mooring (CALM Buoy).
- Supply and installation of discharge hoses and
marine lines.
- Installation of lighting, navigation, and cathodic
protection systems.
- Installation of measuring and monitoring devices for
pressure and load.
Second: Supply and installation of pipelines
- Supply and installation of marine and onshore
pipelines.
- Installation of valves, scraping and cleaning
stations.
- Implementation of cathodic protection, insulation
and painting systems.
- Installation of leak detection systems.
Third: Civil and construction
works
- Execution of excavation, backfilling, compaction and
rehabilitation of tracks.
- Construction of concrete foundations, supports, and
valve chambers.
- Construction of scraping stations and the necessary
internal roads.
Fourth: Electrical works,
control and measurement systems
- Supply and installation of SCADA (Supervisory
Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Installation of flow, pressure, and temperature
measuring devices.
- Implementing communication and electrical power
supply systems for equipment.
Fifth: Safety and fire
protection systems
- Installation of fire suppression, firefighting, and
gas detection systems.
- Providing equipment for containing marine oil
spills.
- Installation of early warning and emergency response
systems.
Sixth: Testing, inspection,
and trial operation
- Conducting hydrostatic tests and leakage tests.
- Performing non-destructive testing of raw materials.
